Sit for a lovely leisurely dinner with the group while the kids are having fun in Rugrats, then it’s time to pick them up and wait for the babysitters. Enjoy some lively entertainment in the hotel bar or relax in the lobby, spend the evening as you wish before ringing in the New Year together, and if you’ve used your babysitter wisely you’ll have loads of time to enjoy the early hours of 2015!

On Thursday January 1st, 2015, we have arranged a lovely day out for everyone. Head to Lough Derg, just 20 minutes by car, and enjoy an afternoon on the beautiful lake.

  1. Hi Rose,

Unfortunately I won’t be able to join the Spanish trip as my family have booked a camping trip to France in June for my father’s 70th.
Just a few Qs about the new years eve trip.
When does this have to be paid and would it be ok to go despite not having gone to previous trips and meeting the other mums?

    • Hi Lisa, I’ll send you on the booking details for NYE now. You can of course come when you haven’t been on previous trips, most of the parents there will be first timers too!

    • Lisa can you actually confirm your child(ren)s age and name(s)? Also, would you like to come for two nights or three?

  2. Hi Rose, I’ve just discovered your website and would love to join ye on one of your trips, my lo will be 1 in January. Would this be too young for this trip? Never been to Nenagh or Killaloe and sounds amazing.

    • Hi Niamh, we just had a little 1yo boy on our trip to Galway this weekend and it was lovely to hang out with him, so your little one is more than welcome! I’ll add you to our mailing list, and if you’d like me to send on the booking details just let me know. 🙂

      • Hi Rose yes please can you send me the booking details and i’ll see how i’m fixed, thank you. Are the holidays abroad all booked up also?

        • Hi Niamh, no problem at all, I’ll send them onto you now. At the moment we have no more holidays abroad planned, but we’re hoping to have more after Christmas. Talk soon!
